First goal met! --- No wait, biggest failure so far , ouch!

Day 7

Dear Diary,

I know the updates are getting a bit boring now. I want to quest, level, breed, hatch, buy bees and queens, prepare for Icerax etc. etc! But seems like we're almost there now! Tonight I have another flight, so I'm writing a bit earlier than normal.

So what could I do today?

I've claimed by biggest daily reward so far and entered 2 raffles. I'm not sure I would have paid 70 zzubs this early in game for this small chance, but for this (short term) challenge I think it's the only option to make more out of it. And the reason why I started inviting everyone as of day 1 to be my friend. Need them zzubs!


And I've made it! The first bee with 60 missions completed. He's dust now. Few others are almost there too, so as soon as I can, I will create my first gen 3 egg. I'm very excited about this accomplishment! This might not seem big, but I believe this is the fastest way to ownership if you would be an f2p player and a very effective to get the ball rolling.



But wait!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg, no. Why are those training bee shards?!!!!!! Well, great reminder to all; get CERTIFIED!!!!! Only with certified you will get NFT bee eggs shards. 

So now I am. Bit too late, but well, took one for the new bees! 

Oh, I also noticed that your wheel of fortune will get 'real' stuff after being certified. Until that time it was only training shards. So



My inventory is also filling up nicely. Guess this should be enough for years 😆


After I land I expect the blockchain activities to back up and I'm very much looking forward to that! See you then!

 Day 16 Dear Diary, I'm going for Icerax! Startegy: get 1-3 bees with luck > 250. They're supposed to stay in the battle for a long time, and will do a lot of damage that way. So I've bought a couple of relatively cheap luck upgrades and upgrades the highest luck bees. These 3 are supposed to be my MVP's! I started the battle with 3975 attack, the battle starts at 01:00 am for me. When I woke up, this was the snapshot, already more than the minimum needed to qualify! And when the evening started it looked like this It's looking good I think! If I filter by luck, I see all the high luck ones are still in the battle! It's paying off!  Oh, I also see I upgraded 1 that can only fight last few hours  My advise, when you don't have many bees, go for a few with high luck! I also made level 13 by the way 🔥

Icerax? Hunting profits? Cocarro Team? Answers to big questions!

  Day 18 Dear Diary, I know, I know, you're wondering: - Did she get the portal stone from Icerax?! - Is she still hunting? - If so why? Or why not? - What are we even gonna do in Cocarro? Let me immediately jump into this.  I had more than enough damage, ended up as 19 and as expected my luck upgraded bees did most of the work and survived the full battle! See my other blog for more info about this strategy. And now what?! Yeah, good question. After spending all HXD on earth assets this was now more of a pride thing than anything else. However, I did buy the starter pass now for 200 HXD. This would allow me to do explore missions. Maybe we can get some bees and a queen to do some of those.  So how to get those bees? Well, hunting of course!! I did another 100 hunts and re-checked the profits to see if I should still be hunting. It's an overwhelming YES. Check it out. What the Whale?!

Message from the future: This article was written and published in January, far before the changes to the generations in U1/Earth. All the basics still apply, the strategy would still be low zone turbo harvesting, but it might be interesting to spend a little bit more on quality > quantity and the asset prices are not the same anymore after that announcement. What are the changes? Only gen 3 eggs can be created, for 150 shards + WAX Gen 3 Bees will have 99 floor and 130 ceiling stats Per 1st April: Gen 3: 60% decrease in Queen Boost effectiveness Gen 2: 30% decrease in Queen Boost effectiveness There is an event item coming that will give players the option to increase the Generation of a Bee. Let's only look at the Queen Boost effectiveness for gen 3 now.  Before the changes (right now) a 270 gen 1 queen would give 108 stats to the gen 3.
